This 4-hour workshop offers a hands-on introduction to crevasse and rope rescue, tailored for participants with no prior experience as well as those looking for a refresher. Whether you're curious about glacier safety or actively guiding in glaciated terrain, this session will cover basic rescue principles, equipment use, and safety techniques.
Led by professional glacier guides, the workshop is limited to 12 participants to ensure personal guidance and practical learning.

Equipment: Helmet, harness, and ropes will be provided during the course. If you prefer to use your own equipment, feel free to bring it along.

This course covers essential field safety skills, including risk assessment, emergency response, communication, and cold-weather preparedness. Ideal for those heading into the field who want practical tools to operate safely and confidently in challenging conditions.

This 4-hour workshop focuses on preventing and managing common field injuries such as ankle sprains, wrist strains, and joint instabilities. Designed for those working in remote or active environments, the session provides practical tools to assess and handle both stable and unstable injuries in the field. You'll learn how to apply sport tape and webbing techniques to support injured limbs and aid recovery.
The workshop combines short lectures with hands-on practice and is led by a professional physiotherapist and healthcare expert. To ensure the quality of the workshop, participation is limited to a maximum of 16 people.
